1. Overview

2. Basic Working Principle

Kubota brushless AC alternators strictly follow Faraday’s Law of Electromagnetic Induction, adopting a mature two-stage brushless excitation and closed-loop automatic voltage regulation working mechanism. The exclusive optimized control logic enables the equipment to maintain stable voltage output under variable speed, sudden load change and harsh power consumption conditions, with outstanding dynamic response performance.
During startup, the residual magnetism of the main rotor pole induces weak residual voltage in the exciter stator winding. The independent detection circuit of the Kubota customized Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) accurately collects voltage signals and outputs adjustable DC excitation current to the exciter stator, forming a stable fixed magnetic field. Driven by the coaxial main shaft, the exciter rotor synchronously rotates and cuts the magnetic field to generate intermediate-frequency AC power. The high-stability rotating rectifier module fixed on the rotating shaft instantly converts the intermediate-frequency AC into pure DC excitation current, which is accurately transmitted to the main rotor field winding without intermediate loss.
Subsequently, the main rotor generates a uniform and stable rotating magnetic field under DC excitation. The high-purity copper main stator three-phase winding cuts the rotating magnetic field lines to induce standard sinusoidal AC power. Equipped with the proprietary Load Acceptance Module (LAM), the alternator effectively buffers instantaneous load impact, accelerates rated speed recovery, and ensures continuous, stable and low-distortion AC power output to the external load circuit. 3. Main Structural Components
